Fonteum mirrors the Mississippi Division of Medicaid provider-exclusion list as a screening aid: 193 records, 140 (73%) carrying an NPI, of which 130 match a provider in our graph. Records are not a determination by Fonteum; reinstatements can lag — cross-check any record at the source.
